The Training Coordinator position at Oasis Digital is an opportunity for a technical, business-minded individual to work in a growing niche technology environment. The right individual will be a continuous learner and collaborative co-worker, and in the period of a few years will grow into a management role. The work includes:
Training Administration - Carrying out the administrative needs of Oasis Digital training programs will require learning and efficiently using our systems--Google Docs, JIRA, and others--to connect with instructors and track opportunities. You will answer inquiries and coordinate the company training calendar. Company events and sponsorships will be completed with excellence.
Training Development - Participate in our JIRA project management training course, may eventually assist with teaching. This will require travel.
Communications and Marketing - Manage the public presentation of Oasis Digital training programs in social media and company websites, utilizing blog posts and videos.
